  
This Kawasaki ZD130S robot is used to palletise 4 boxes from 2 in-feed conveyors. The boxes are placed on 2 different pallets. The pallets are loaded automatically by the robot.
The robot has the following functions:
- palletise 2 types of different boxes
- 4 boxes are handled together
- measure the height of the empty pallet
- place intermediate sheets
- handle the empty pallets
- the robot controlls the conveyors
The robot is programmed with RFA's PatEdit palletising software.
