The Kawasaki UD100 robotpalletiser places the bags on the sliding doors above the pallet. After a layer has been completed the doors open and the layer is placed on top of the previous layer on the pallet. After a palletload has been completed, the full pallet is conveyed into the automatic rotating packing machine. The robot continues to palletise while the full pallet is transported out, because the robot places the bags on the sliding doors. A new empty pallet is taken from the pallet de-stacker.
