

RFA has delivered many robots with vision systems for machine tending. The installations were delivered turn-key, including robots, grippers, parts feeding systems, vision systems, training of personel, programming, start-up of production.
The robot picks up the part from the incoming conveyor, after receiving location data from the vision system. The robot moves the double gripper to the machine and takes the worked part from the chuck of the machine. The fresh part is placed into the chuck within a split second and the machine can start working. The worked part is placed on an outgoing belt, in a container or in a washing machine.
